Ridge Strength Co. was founded with the belief that functional strength training can change your life. We believe that no matter your age or ability, strength training enhances your physical and mental health. At Ridge, we aim to improve your strength, endurance, and metabolic health so you can feel your best.
We focus on functional fitness through conjugate strength training and metabolic conditioning. What makes us different? We operate at the intersection of 1:1 personal training and large group fitness classes, offering small training groups (4-6 people max). This enables us to provide the attention of personal training with the affordability and energy of group training.
Mike Montagnino is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has been immersed in fitness for more than a decade, and has turned his passion into a business to share with others. Mike is a Glen Ridge resident, husband, and father of three.
Ridge Strength Co. offers small group classes 6 days a week. If you don't see a time that suits your schedule, reach out about private training.
