Ridge Strength combines the attention and accountability of personal training with the energy and community of a small group environment.
Every class is capped at just 12 people, allowing for individualized coaching, movement correction, and intentional programming in every session.
Each class is a full 60-minute training experience designed to create a focused and sustainable approach to training. No random workouts. No burnout training. We provide personalized and structured coaching that helps you move better, get stronger, and build consistency over time.
Our training emphasizes functional strength, mobility, and movement quality to help you feel stronger both inside and outside the gym. Whether your goal is aesthetics, performance, longevity, or simply improving the way you move through everyday life, our coaching is designed to meet you where you are and help you progress safely and consistently.
Mike Montagnino is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has been immersed in fitness for more than a decade, and has turned his passion into a business to share with others. Mike is a Glen Ridge resident, husband, and father of three.
